How do I toggle the glow effects on my PowerA Pro Elite Wireless controller for PS3?

The lighted glow effects on the Pro Elite Wireless Controller can be toggled “ON” and “OFF” by pressing and holding the “Select” and “Circle” buttons simultaneously.
